Service calls

We manage service calls via the electronic JULMO service channel.

When you submit a call via the service, you will receive a tracking message with a link to the real-time processing of the service call. That means that when you make a JULMO service call, you will be kept up to date about the progress of your call, and you can access the link to comment on your call using text, photos and other attachments. When the call is completed, you will receive a confirmation message with a link to either re-submit the call or submit a new call for the same location if necessary.
